Mane Coast Salon Policies
To provide the best possible service, we have established the following policies with your satisfaction in mind.
We are committed to quality in every detail of your visit and look forward to exceeding your expectations.
Cancellations & No-Shows
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
• No-shows (failing to arrive without notice) will be charged 100% of the service total and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
• Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Late Arrivals
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation (50% charge).
• Arriving late affects the flow of the day and other clients’ experiences—thank you for understanding and arriving on time.
Payment & Deposit Policy
All services must be paid in full at the time of service.
New clients are required to pay a $20 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This amount is applied toward your total service cost.
Card on file is required to secure bookings. Your card will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation, late, or no-show policy.
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and Mane Coast gift cards. Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected.
Service Adjustments
If you are not fully satisfied with your result, please notify your stylist within 7 days of your appointment.
Adjustments are offered as a refinement of the original service (not a complete redo) and must be approved by management.
No refunds will be issued for services rendered.
Color History & Liability
Clients are responsible for disclosing all previous color, chemical, or extension services.
Mane Coast stylists cannot be held liable for reactions or results caused by undisclosed treatments or at-home color corrections.
Guest Policy
To maintain a calm and professional environment, no extra guests or children are permitted unless they are receiving a service.
This ensures everyone’s safety and allows your stylist to focus fully on you.
Photography & Marketing
By receiving services at Mane Coast, you grant permission for photos/videos taken during or after your appointment to be used for marketing, education, and social media purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify your stylist prior to your appointment.
Product Returns
Haircare products may be exchanged within 14 days if unused and unopened. Used products are not eligible for return.
Health & Safety
Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell
For the safety of all guests and staff, we reserve the right to refuse service if illness or unsafe behavior is present.
